On August 1, 2026, as part of the UFM 2026 Science and Technology Promotion and Knowledge Transfer Conference, StarGlobal 3D and the University of Finance - Marketing (UFM) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), marking an important step in the strategy to enhance the connection between businesses and educational institutions, aimed at promoting applied research, innovation, and digital transformation.

The cooperation agreement is built on the spirit of voluntariness, equality, transparency, and mutual development, leveraging the strengths of each party to create practical value for the school, businesses, and the community.

Shared goal of bringing knowledge into practice

Not only limited to training cooperation, StarGlobal 3D and UFM aim to build a comprehensive cooperation model, in which the school's research capacity is connected with the practical needs of businesses.

Both parties will jointly research, consult, co-create, and transfer solutions, models, processes, and technology products that can be practically applied; while connecting experts, lecturers, and scientists with the digital transformation challenges of businesses, contributing to enhancing innovation capacity and community service value.

Cooperation to build a digital tourism ecosystem for the period 2026–2030

One of the key focuses of the cooperation program is to research and develop the modelVirtual Tourism Platform, serving to promote destinations, educate, and develop the tourism industry in the digital age.

The two parties will collaborate to develop a strategy for the virtual tourism ecosystem for the period 2026–2030; research, apply, and transfer advanced technologies such as Smart Digital Twin 3D/360, VR, AR, MR, XR, AI, Metaverse, and Web/App 360°.

In parallel, there will be the construction of a digital database on tourism resources, culture, and heritage; development of digital tourism products to promote destinations, support tourists' decision-making; establishment of a set of criteria to evaluate the effectiveness of virtual tourism platforms and implementation of trials to refine solutions that meet practical needs.

Linking training with businesses, developing high-quality human resources

In addition to technology transfer, the two units particularly focus on building a learning environment connected with business practices.

Through the cooperation program, UFM students will have more opportunities to participate in internships, experience real working environments at StarGlobal 3D, engage in technology projects, product research and development, and access digital transformation models being implemented by businesses.

In addition, both parties will coordinate to organize innovation competitions, training programs, specialized workshops, technology seminars, as well as connect students with experts, businesses, and the startup ecosystem, contributing to bridging the gap between education and the labor market's needs.

This cooperation model helps create a closed loop from research, testing, transfer to application, increasing the effectiveness of scientific and technological activities and promoting the commercialization of research products.
